The Canadian band Zapovid conducted a charity tour to support Ukrainian children

The band raised 4050 USD during three Christmas concerts and transferred them to the Voices of Children foundation. During fan meet-ups, the musicians shared insights into the situation in Ukraine and quotes from our book 'War through the Voices of Children".

"Children are our future. Everyone is already aware of the profound impact that a person's childhood experiences can have on their adult life, including the consequences of war. Now, the children of Ukraine require support and rehabilitation more than ever after what they have been through," shared Sofiia, the lead singer of Zapovid, who was born in Ternopil.
The enemy's goal is to break our nation, and we cannot allow that. Therefore, by supporting the foundation, we invest in the future lives of the affected children and their families.
— What stood out to you the most during the tour?
— What stood out to us the most were the emotions of the people who joined us as spectators and donors. We gave them a true celebration and showed them what Christmas could be like in a folk-rock format! Many attendees expressed interest in our style of carols and confirmed that it's a successful challenge for the youth - to continue preserving our traditions in an engaging new sound.
The Canadian band Zapovid was formed in 2011. Its members include musicians born in Canada, Poland, and Ukraine. As the members note, their mission is to spread Ukrainian rock to every corner of the earth.

25,000 Stories of Support Through Teenagers’ Eyes: Annual Report of Voices of Children for 2025
For Voices of Children, every annual report is an opportunity to look back, take stock of what we have achieved, and thank everyone who has stood alongside children. That is how the Foundation’s Chair of the Board, Olena Rozvadovska, describes the purpose of these pages. The 2025 report was created together with teenagers who took part in our art labs. They conducted real interviews with the Foundation’s team members, asking about their daily work, challenges, and what inspires them.
“I’m Falling Apart Emotionally”: What Children and Parents Bring to Online Psychologists During Wartime
The Voices of Children Foundation’s online psychological support helpline receives requests every day from children and parents across Ukraine and abroad. Anxiety and sleep disorders, loss of appetite, self-harm, and burnout among mothers — chronic stress gradually wears down mental health. The first signs often appear through physical symptoms, leading families to seek help from pediatricians or gastroenterologists before realizing that the root cause may be psychological and emotional strain.
