War changes childhood. Even if a child hasn’t seen the fighting up close, they hear explosions, read the news, or hide during air raids. These experiences leave a deep, invisible mark, and that’s why professional, timely, and sensitive psychological support is now so vital.
To support the recovery of children in Ukraine, the
Voices of Children Foundation and the Ukrainian band
Hyphen Dash are launching a charity initiative to draw attention to children affected by the war and raise funds for them. The initiative coincides with the release of the band’s new album,
LATE, and its launch concert on November 30 at Concert Hall, 41 Kyrylivska Street, Kyiv.
LATE is an album about the feeling of being late: late to act, to live fully, to notice what matters. But it’s also a reminder that even being late can be right on time.
The child on the album cover symbolizes the potential of the future, sitting among the remnants of the past. It is for that future that the Voices of Children team works every day, helping children cope with the consequences of war.
Voices of Children is Ukraine’s largest Foundation providing comprehensive psychological support to children affected by the war. For almost ten years, the team has been helping children and families across Ukraine and beyond. During this time, more than 145,000 children and parents have received assistance in communities, schools, regional centers, and online.
We believe that a happy and thriving postwar future of Ukraine begins today, with children who can grow up free from the burden of their war experiences. Every donation is an investment in a healthy, resilient, and self-aware generation—the one that will build our common future.
Join the fundraiser. All proceeds will go toward psychological support programs for children affected by the war.
