April was packed with events as each Foundation Center expanded its offerings and engaged participants in exciting new programs. This review spotlights the most significant and interesting events in our Centers in April, showcasing how they support children's and parents' psychological well-being.
The Lviv Center's "Safe Space" program for 13–16 year olds just has been successfully completed. The group proved to be very resourceful, making friends and spending time together even outside of the Center.
The young people developed new ways to communicate with others, made new friends, creating a genuine 'safe space' for themselves. One participant even shared his ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) diagnosis for the first time in his life and received warm, much-needed support from the group. The teens didn't want to say goodbye to each other, our space, or our fantastic trainers! We're confident we'll see them at future events soon,
said the Center coordinator Olena Makar.

Two new groups have also started: a “Parent Resource Group” and a “Safe Space” program for children aged 7 to 9.
