Who are we?
We, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION “CHARITABLE FOUNDATION ‘VOICES OF CHILDREN’”, are located at 41, B. Khmelnytsky St., Kyiv, 01054, Ukraine, office 1-3. In this document, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION “CHARITABLE FUND VOICES OF CHILDREN’” is referred to as “we” and the websites of NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION “CHARITABLE FUND VOICES OF CHILDREN’” as “our”. We determine what, for what purpose, and how your personal data will be processed.

What data do we collect and why?
The data we collect falls into two categories: technical information and data provided to us by the user.
Technical information. When you visit our website, some data is collected automatically. We need technical data to operate, maintain, and improve our site. The session ID includes details of your interaction with the website, the name of the website from which you came to our site, the site features you use, the pages you visit on our site, the way you use our site, and the actions you take on the site, if any.
Data provided by the user. To correctly identify and make effective use of your charitable donation, to be able to get back to you with feedback regarding the outcome of a public fundraising appeal, or the resulting impact of the funds raised, and to be able to identify your payment to answer your further questions, we need your full first name, surname, telephone number, payment details, and email address.

Important information. We do not knowingly process the personal data of users under the age of 16. If you are such a user or such a user’s legal representative, please notify us by emailing [email protected].
For how long do we store your data?
We retain your data for 36 months. However, you may exercise your right to have your data deleted. In such a case, your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days of receiving your request in writing.
Do we share data with third parties?
We use your data to carry out our statutory activities and fulfill our obligations under the agreements we have concluded with you and may transfer it on the following grounds:
Compliance with the law. We will disclose your personal data to third parties to the extent necessary:
- to comply with a government request, court order, or current legislation of Ukraine;
- to prevent illegal use of our website or violation of the Terms of Use of our website and our policies;

This Privacy Policy and the legal arrangements covered by it are regulated by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI. Current laws and requirements for personal data processing may change. In such an event, we will publish a new version of the Privacy Policy on our website. If we apply significant changes that affect your privacy and confidentiality, we will notify you by email or display the information on our website, and seek your consent, if required by current Ukrainian legislation.
