It is important for us to support children in realizing their ideas, that is why we launched a three-month project management training program for them ”Voices Soft Skills”.
They learned time management, public speaking, budgeting and implementing projects and promoting them on social networks, and also gained knowledge about children’s rights, emotional competence, media literacy, etc.
Based on the results of the training, young Ukrainians will be able to implement their projects with the mentoring and financial support of the Foundation. The suggested ideas include the following:
- self-development and self-discovery program for teenagers with creative workshops and lectures;
- short-term offline and online internships for young people with an emphasis on participants from rural areas;
- motivation of young people to study with the help of lectures and communication in the Telegram channel;
- creation of a creative space for the development of artistic skills of young people and psychological relief.
